Long-time Las Vegas resident, Ken Templeton is the builder and developer of Carefree Senior Apartment communities. He has been building senior lifestyle communities in Las Vegas for more than 10 years. In the late l980's, Ken became concerned over the shortage of affordable senior housing. This gave Ken the motivation to fill the need for senior housing.

 

Ken has a personal interest in the residents as well as the communities. On any given day, you will find him touring the communities or attending social events where he spends time with residents and listens to their concerns.
